Ruth is a senior City-trained employment lawyer (Allen & Overy LLP and Eversheds LLP) with extensive private practice experience ranging from SMEs and charities to the public sector and financial institutions. Practical and commercial, Ruth also has extensive HR experience applying employment law within the workplace as part of her existing consultancy business.
Ruth advises clients on a broad portfolio of HR/Employment projects, including restructuring, redundancy, TUPE, flexible working & family friendly rights.
Ruth is also an experienced and accomplished trainer on all aspects of employment law, and has written and facilitated employment law and HR skills training, both in-house to employers and in public seminars.
