It’s hard to believe that three months have already gone by since Artington Legal became authorised as a law firm in England and Wales. Our three month ‘anniversary’ seemed like a good reason to let you know a little more about us and the progress we have made so far.

We’re virtual
Because we’re a virtual law firm, we have low overheads and can work flexibly whenever our clients need us. We offer high quality commercial legal advice and excellent value for money.
We’re entrepreneurial
Because we’re an entrepreneurial law firm, we’re open to different ways of doing things for the benefit of the businesses we act for, providing unique access to senior lawyers with extensive international in-house legal experience – lawyers who understand business drivers and the need for responsive, commercially-focused, pragmatic business legal advice at a sensible price – and our clients tell us that we’re easy to work with!
Your needs are what matter to us
We’ve used our legal and commercial know-how on a diverse range of needs, from business acquisitions, joint ventures and partnership agreements, to commercial agreements such as distribution and software licence agreements, website policies and intellectual property, as well as other agreements such as directors’ service agreements, employment and consultancy agreements.

Building our client base
We act for a broad range of clients – from entrepreneurs to a NASDAQ listed company – across a range of industries, including architects, cycle retailers, real estate development consultants, software and service providers and the not for profit sector.
Building our team
We’re now a team of three: two senior lawyers, who between us have twenty three years of legal experience, and our new head of operations.
Tad Ostrowski has extensive international corporate and commercial legal experience gained in law firms in the City and in senior in-house positions in the travel and water technology industries.

Between them, they’re able to advise on a broad range of corporate, commercial, regulatory and competition law.
Rebecca Ostrowska is our head of operations, with over 15 years of business and management experience, handles the day to day running of Artington Legal (and she has the dubious pleasure of being married to Tad).

New website
Our new website recently went live. We hope you’ll agree that it’s simple, straightforward and explains succinctly what we do. It doesn’t have acres of text which we know busy people don’t have time to read www.artington.com. Take a look when you’ve got a few minutes and let us know what you think. So, what’s next?
Onwards and upwards!
Far from sitting on our laurels, we intend to grow and to continue to offer responsive, commercially-focussed, pragmatic business legal advice at a sensible price – something you can only get from lawyers who’ve actually worked in a commercial business environment.
