Uncapped earning potential

Do you want to earn more, work less, without compromising your professionalism? We offer a highly competitive fee structure as we value our solicitors and their expertise. We reward you for the work you carry out by paying you a percentage of what has been billed. This can vary dependent on whether the client is yours or has been referred to you. Each consultant solicitor is paid in the same way and you have an uncapped earning potential. The possibility to increase your earnings is all down to you – you can take on as much or as little work as you want. Although there is no monthly salary, you have the potential to earn much more than what you might earn at a traditional law firm.

Targets

Artington Legal is a modern, forward thinking law firm. We have taken away formal targets which we believe create unnecessary pressure, but (if you wish) we will help you to set your own informal targets in order to fulfil your potential. We want to give you the freedom to decide how to operate. We always look for consultants who bring with them a client following, but we have seen consultants also develop an excellent following from sheer ambition and determination. Artington Legal has a competitive fee share structure which rewards achievement – it’s simple: the more you bill, the more you earn.

Referrals

Working as part of our collaborative team, you will have the chance to develop relationships with like-minded team players and cross refer work, benefitting from our excellent referral fee share scheme. We aim to have weekly remote calls with the team and have face to face quarterly meetings whenever possible, usually in London. This is a chance to relax, have some lunch and chat informally to your other remote working colleagues.
