Rebecca is an English qualified commercial and corporate solicitor. She has experience of working in both the private and public sector and understands the importance of clear, solution-focused advice tailored to a client’s needs.

  • general commercial agreements including terms and conditions, supply of goods and services and consultancy agreements

  • reviewing and advising on the terms of a confidentiality agreement for an auditing company
