Céline is dual qualified in England and in France. She has practised in Paris as a French avocat as well as in New Orleans and Pittsburgh where she obtained an LL.M in American Law. Céline offers bilingual assistance to French commercial clients looking to expand their activity in the UK, providing them with specialised legal support in French.

 

 

Intellectual Property – Trade marks

Don has worked in intellectual property, especially trade marks, for 24 years. He is Artington Legal’s Trade mark Attorney. Having worked in both private practice in London and In-House at ICI, Don has extensive experience providing commercially focussed legal advice on all aspects of the brand concept including protection and enforcement of rights. Don enjoys helping businesses develop their true brand value.

 

 

Commercial / Employment

Robert is an experienced commercial solicitor with substantial experience in the EMEA markets both in private practice and in house. He has provided commercial and legal support to a range of businesses in the Railway, Food Production, Automotive and IT sectors. He specialises in commercial law, employment and health and safety law.
