We are delighted to welcome consultant solicitor Rachel Duncan to the Artington Legal team. Rachel will be joining our commercial real estate team to provide advice on real estate transactions and finances, as well as a range of commercial law advice.
With extensive experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, Rachel is able to advise clients on acquisitions, property development from the ground up, master contracts and building management. She also has a wealth of experience in commercial law from her work as in-house counsel and acting for SME’s.
Her key specialisms include:
- commercial real estate advice;
- real estate finance advice; and
- drafting and negotiating commercial transactions.
Rachel’s recent experience includes acting on industrial acquisition, including drafting and negotiating contracts and supervising attendant conveyances, and negotiating finance documents for purchases of businesses and mezzanine financing for real estate groups.
