We are thrilled to welcome David Stott to our expanding team!

David trained at City law firm Herbert Smith and qualified into the Employment Department there in 2001. More recently, he has worked in the Employment Departments of Eversheds and Burges Salmon.

David advises on the full range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including tribunal claims, employment contracts and bonus arrangements, executive terminations, grievances and disciplinary matters, complex TUPE and outsourcing arrangements, individual and collective redundancies and the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions.

Outside work, David has a variety of interests, including travel, gardening and walking. He has recently taken up music again after a 30-year hiatus and is working his way up the grades on both piano and organ. David speaks fluent German and competent Italian, having previously studied in both Germany and Italy for a number of years.
