LONDON – Artington Legal has advised the founders of Arc & Co. on the sale of Arc & Co. to FRP Advisory Trading Limited, a subsidiary of FRP Advisory Group plc.
Arc & Co. is a specialist FCA-regulated capital advisory firm headquartered in London, providing real estate financial advisory services to UK and international clients. FRP Advisory Trading Limited was advised by Foot Anstey LLP.
