Recent examples of how Zoe has helped clients include:
- Assisted a client with the Commercial Rent (Coronavirus) Bill which received Royal Assent and become the Commercial Rent (Coronavirus) Act (the Act).
- Successfully represented a tenant whose landlord had incorrectly served a Section 26 notice, which is a formal request to either renew or terminate a lease.
- Assisting a longstanding client who was in the process of selling two pubs, supporting him through the complexities of the leasehold aspects, ensuring the transaction went smoothly and that all legal requirements were met.
