Mark specialises in commercial property and particularly in the Drinks Hospitality and Leisure sector. He has extensive experience in Landlord and Tenant work, acting for both institutional landlords and blue chip FTSE 100 tenants, amongst others, He has acted for both the buyer and seller in many hotel acquisitions/disposals in recent years, and has been responsible for negotiating agreements to procure the development of hotels across the country. He also advises on lease restructuring and has recently completed a £100M single asset property refinance, with banking support.

Although not working full time, Mark offers considerable expertise in providing competitively priced pragmatic legal and commercial advice and services in all matters property related.

In his “free time” Mark is also involved in a commercial arable farming enterprise with his 2 brothers.
