Samantha is an experienced corporate and commercial Solicitor, with over 15 years post-qualification experience across private practice and in-house environments, including silver circle training and general counsel experience.Sam prides herself on possessing a common-sense, commercial and business focussed mindset.
Samantha joined Artington Legal in July 2026 to add to its growing corporate transactions team.

- Corporate – mergers & Acquisitions, investments, shareholder arrangements, cross-border financings, group restructurings and corporate governance.
- Commercial – advising on a range of commercial contracts including supply agreements, terms and conditions of sale, agency agreements, consultancy agreements and NDAs.

Recent examples of how Samantha has helped clients include:
- Acting for a global brand technology group on its acquisition of a majority stake in a London-based mobile marketing agency.
- Acting for a multinational marketing services group on its acquisition of a London-based communications agency.
- Advising on the restructuring of a group of companies which involved advising on, and creating, a complex and innovative share capital structure and secured loan arrangements. The process also involved multiple share buy-backs.
- Advising a multijurisdictional marketing agency on cross-border facility arrangements including advising on the master facility agreement and all related documentation/conditions precedent and approvals.

Outside of work, Sam is a mum to two very active little boys. When time allows, she enjoys playing racquet sports and going to the theatre. She is also a qualified psychotherapist and mediator (non-practicing).
