We are pleased to welcome legal consultant Nuala Watkins to the Artington Legal team. Nuala will be joining our corporate and commercial law departments to provide specialist advice to private and public sector clients, both in the UK and internationally.
From her in-house experience with Mills Selig and Invest Northern Ireland, Nuala has spent over 15 years’ advising clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters and has particular experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts.
Her key specialisms include:
- drafting and negotiating commercial transactions;
- joint venture agreements and shareholders’ agreements;
- business terms and conditions;
- intellectual property agreements;
- e-commerce agreements; and
- company secretarial matters.
Nuala’s recent experience includes drafting software and collaboration agreements for a new company which had developed innovative payment technology and drafting and advising on a shareholders’ agreement as part of a company restructuring.
She is able to provide advice to a range of industries and has recently aided a life sciences research company in the creation of a patent licence and commercialisation agreement and drafted an asset purchase agreement for the purchase of a surgery business.
Nuala is able to provide legal advice in French.
